Areas available

  • marketing, commercial and sales development for LAVAZZA branded coffee line (OCS - Office Coffee Service): development of advanced webmarketing activities, incl. social networks utilization; development of PR activities, integration of web-based PR opportunities; promotion through PPC campaigns; creative activity for advertising and direct mailing; webshops management; promotion through new channels (affiliates, direct sales, etc.)
  • international development and coordination, subsidiaries controlling
  • general manager assistant
  • local and international legal matters coordination
  • accounting (local and/or international)
  • IT and webmaster (development on CMS platforms, integration of VoIP and VPN networks, integration of webshop and CRM and/or affiliates/marketing services, webshop development, Mac OS and Windows integration)
  • real estate (acquisition of assets, management, planning, promotion)

Requirements

  • university studies (even not finished yet) or any other higher education
  • good spoken and written English (Italian, Croatian, Hungarian, Slovenian, German or Romanian as extra languages are appreciated)
  • PC use knowledge (Macintosh or Linux knowledge is considered an advantage)


The typical intern is looking for a professional experience that will either (a) enhance his resume in order to be more competitive for graduate school or the job market or (b) allow the intern to try a new professional field.

Internship does not include any salary paid by the company. However, scholarships (4-600 EUR/month) are often provided by your university or other education entities (please check with your organization).

The holding company retains, in a very special environment with few creative people, the strategic development and marketing activities, with a special eye on those based on internet and the newly exploding so called social-networking.

The holding is managed by a small group of people who, besides attending continuous development courses, focus their creativity by outsourcing whatever is possible and thus putting special attention to human resources and developing together innovative solutions. In this sense internships play an important role with new points of view, opinions and experience exchanging activities.

Interns are usually attending the courses, too (depending on their activity area and results).

The official language in the company is English.

The company is member of three chambers: the Italian, the British and the American Chamber of Commerce in Hungary.

Interns are supposed to attend most of the activities of the chambers (meetings, courses, roundtables, conferences, cocktails, receptions, evenings, etc.).

The director of the company is the VicePresident of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, so there is the opportunity to follow him in some institutional activities, besides the possibility of contributing with articles to the economic magazine IL PONTE, of which he is the publishing director.
